1.RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION
Although INBIKE have various reliable suppliers, we still insist in inspecting components again at our company, including their specifications, quantities, surface and dimensions.
● Apply TUV certification according to EN15194.
2.HANDLE PRE-TREATMENT
We will assemble some electric bikes with handlebar, stem, brake lever, display, grip, shifter lever and throttle under the strict quality control.
Base on your order, it is also no need for some E-bikes to be assembled throttle.
3.WHEEL ASSEMBLY
Our experienced workers will knit each wheel, following the strict instructions., and then to make sure the precision, stability and perfection of each wheel.
● Radial fluctuating: 0.35-0.5
● Lateral fluctuating: 0.06-0.08
● Torsion: 130-150N
4.ASSEMBLY
We have high-end assembly line adopting the hanging assembly process, applying the torque & anchoring force pneumatic tools.
● Making the vehicle assembly and commissioning more accurate
● Guarantee the normal torque value in all parts of the product.
5.QUALITY ASSURANCE
All finished products will be inspected by experienced workers to ensure all the fuction satisfying your order.
● Do Ride Test in the real environment
6.PACKAGING
We will then package our products carefully in designated packagings to prevent them from shocking during delivery.
● PE bag with foam, and carton or wooden case
● Packing under strict instructions.
