EX Works (EXW). It means INBIKE (as a seller) delivers goods at his factory, buyer needs to send his shipping agent to INBIKE factory to pick up the goods.

INBIKE containers usually do this way.

FOB Shenzhen/SHANGHAI Free on board. It means INBIKE must deliver the goods to Shenzhen sea port and pay the truck and all expense (declaration cost, documents fee, shipping).The buyer just needs to pay the shipping cost from China boarder to his warehouse. After the container leaves China boarder, INBIKE's responsibility is finished. Once goods is missing or demaged or the ship is sinked, it is not INBIKE's responsibility.

CIF. Cost, Insurance and Freight. It means INBIKE should deliver goods to buyer's sea port and INBIKE needs to pay all shipping cost and expense before the goods arrives at buyer's local sea port.once the cargo is missing or damaged, INBIKE should be responsiable for it. to replace a part, you must contact INBIKE staff first to obtain Return Parts approval. The buyer must send the defective part to INBIKE factory in China for.
